These Terms apply to iWebTV, iWebTV Player, related TV receiver apps, and related websites and services operated by Swishly Inc. In these Terms, we refer to them together as the "Services."
iWebTV helps users browse, play, and cast browser-playable videos from websites they choose. iWebTV does not host, own, upload, sell, or provide the third-party videos, websites, streams, or services that users choose to access.
You are responsible for the websites you visit, the videos you choose to play or cast, and your compliance with applicable law and third-party website terms. You may use the Services only with content and websites that you are allowed to access and use.
You may not use the Services to access, play, cast, download, or share content that is illegal, infringing, harmful, abusive, exploitative, sexually explicit where prohibited, or otherwise not authorized for you to access. You also may not use the Services to violate the rights of Swishly, third parties, or the public.
The Services may allow you to visit, search for, bookmark, play, or cast content from third-party websites. Third-party websites and content are controlled by their own owners and operators, not by Swishly.
Swishly does not endorse third-party websites or content merely because the Services can access or display them. We do not guarantee that any third-party website is lawful, accurate, safe, available, appropriate, or compatible with the Services. You should review the terms, privacy policy, and access rules of any third-party website you use.
Some iWebTV home pages may show popular websites or similar lists of links. These lists are generated from signals such as app usage, reliability, and playback features. They are intended as a convenience for users and are not an endorsement of any website, video, stream, product, or service.
We apply automated filters and review practices to reduce inappropriate entries, including adult-oriented websites, and we may block websites that are reported to us or that raise legal, safety, platform-policy, or abuse-prevention concerns. These processes are not perfect, and we do not verify that every listed website or stream is lawful in every location. Listed websites may change, be removed, or be unavailable at any time. Some video streams are designed for browser playback and may not play directly on every TV device. iWebTV may offer relay, proxy, or compatibility features to help deliver browser-playable streams to a TV device.
These features do not give you rights to content, do not create access to content you could not already access from the source website, and must not be used to bypass paywalls, subscription requirements, DRM, access controls, geographic restrictions, or third-party terms.
If you download the Services from Apple, Google, Amazon, Roku, Samsung, or another app store or platform, that platform's terms may also apply. Purchases and subscriptions are handled by the applicable platform unless we tell you otherwise.
For Apple users, these Terms are between you and Swishly, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for maintenance, support, warranty, claims, or third-party content related to the Services, except as required by Apple's own terms or applicable law.

We may change the Services or these Terms from time to time. We may also limit, remove, block, or change features, links, compatibility behavior, or access where needed for legal, safety, platform-policy, technical, abuse-prevention, or business reasons.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent allowed by law, Swishly disclaims warranties and is not responsible for third-party websites, third-party content, source-website availability, source-website legality, or source-website compatibility.
