Swishly Inc ("Swishly", "we", "us") operates iWebTV, iWebTV Player, related TV receiver apps, and related websites and services. We refer to them together as the "Services."

Summary

iWebTV does not require a user account. In normal app use, we do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, billing address, or other direct contact information.

Most information we receive from the apps and our servers is anonymous, aggregated, or not enough for us to identify a specific person. The main situation where we receive information that identifies you is when you contact us by email or support message. In that case, your email address is the identifier.

Information We Collect

We collect limited information to operate, support, secure, and improve the Services.

• Anonymous and aggregated server data. Our servers collect operational statistics such as app usage counts, website popularity signals, reliability signals, playback feature signals, request counts, error rates, and similar aggregate metrics.
• Browsing and app behavior. Because iWebTV is a browser-based casting app, we may process usage and browsing-related events such as websites or domains visited through the app, links selected, detected video streams, bookmark-related signals, playback actions, casting actions, search or navigation actions inside the app, and compatibility outcomes. We use this to make the app work, improve compatibility, rank popular websites, detect spammy videos, and troubleshoot problems.
• Diagnostics and analytics. We use tools such as Firebase and Google Analytics to understand app behavior, crashes, performance, feature usage, device type, operating system, app version, and similar diagnostics. These tools may process device, app instance, network, or advertising identifiers according to their own policies and platform settings.
• Server and network logs. Like most online services, our hosting systems may receive technical log data such as IP address, request time, request path, response status, and user agent. We use this for operation, security, debugging, and abuse prevention.
• Support communications. If you email us or contact support, we collect the information you include, such as your email address, message, device details, screenshots, logs, and any other information you choose to provide.

We do not intentionally collect login credentials for third-party websites. You should not send us passwords, payment information, or credentials for websites you use with iWebTV.

Third-Party Websites

iWebTV helps users browse, play, and cast videos from third-party websites selected by the user. Those websites are not operated by Swishly. They may collect information from your browser, device, or network according to their own privacy policies and terms.

Swishly does not control third-party websites and does not decide what information those websites collect.

How We Use Information

We use information to:

• operate the Services and provide app features;
• detect videos and improve playback and casting compatibility;
• generate anonymous or aggregated popularity, reliability, and feature signals for Popular Websites;
• diagnose crashes, playback issues, casting issues, and server problems;
• improve performance, compatibility, and user experience;
• respond to support requests;
• protect the Services, users, Swishly, and third parties from abuse, fraud, security issues, and illegal activity;
• comply with legal obligations and platform-policy requirements.

Sharing Information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information in the following limited situations:

• Service providers. We use vendors for hosting, analytics, crash reporting, support, app distribution, payment processing through app stores, and similar operational needs. Examples include hosting providers and analytics or diagnostics providers such as Firebase and Google Analytics.
• Legal and safety reasons. We may disclose information if required by law or if we believe disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, property, users, or the public.
• Business transfers. If Swishly is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
• Aggregated or de-identified information. We may use or share information that has been aggregated or reasonably de-identified so it cannot reasonably identify a person.

Data Deletion and Access Requests

Because iWebTV does not require user accounts, most app activity, browsing-related events, diagnostics, and server statistics are not tied to a name or email address that lets us identify a specific person. In those cases, we may not be able to locate or delete a particular user's app telemetry because we do not know which records belong to that user.

If you contact us by email, that email and the information you include may identify you. You can request deletion of support communications or other personal information that we can reasonably identify by contacting support@swishly.com. We may need enough information to find the relevant records, and we may retain information where required or allowed for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, or dispute-resolution reasons.

Retention

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this Policy, including app operation, diagnostics, support, security, legal compliance, and business records. Retention periods vary depending on the type of information and the reason it was collected.

Children

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us at support@swishly.com.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No online service can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure.

International Processing

Swishly is based in the United States. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where we or our service providers operate.
